The system is equipped with temperature control to ensure accurate kinetic data. Additionally, the system has both excitation and emission monochromators to maximize the applicability of this fast analytical instrument.
Our Applied Photophysics SX.18 MV stopped-flow spectrometer measures fast molecular reactions over the majority of biologically relevant wavelengths (~270-750 nm).
