With CD BioSciences fluorescence imaging services, we can meet the demands of any biological research requiring wide-field, confocal, and TIRF fluorescence microscopy. The IX81 begins with a unique two-tiered, V-shaped optical design that provides tremendous versatility without frame modifications and bright images with minimal reflections. An optional six-position fluorescence filter turret accepts a unique analyzer holder for switching between DIC/polarized light and fluorescence observations. With its built-in motorized Z-axis drive, six-position nosepiece and light path selector, the IX81 is ready for multi-wavelength, advanced fluorescence and de-convolution techniques. The IX-81 also provides the option for darkfield imaging at a 100× magnification using a U-DCW 1.2-1.4 NA darkfield oil immersion condenser.
