With CD BioSciences fluorescence imaging services, we can meet the demands of any biological research requiring wide-field, confocal, and TIRF fluorescence microscopy. 1. Imaging from single cells to whole embryos over extended periods of time
2. Subcellular resolution and multi-dimensional real-time imaging of intact thick samples
3. Samples can be embedded to low melting temperature agar, Matrigel, collagen etc. and are imaged in an aqueous medium/water/PBS etc. filled chamber
1. Illumination: 488 nm and 561 nm lasers for fluorescence + bright field LED
2. Detection: Hamamatsu ORCA-Flash 4.0 V2, fluorescence filters for e.g. GFP (BP 525/50 nm; green) and mCherry (570LP; red), transmitted light detection
3. Objectives:
1) Excitation pathway: 2 × Olympus UMPLFLN 10× /0.3 W, dual side illumination
2) Detection pathway: Olympus UMPLFLN 20× /0.5 W or Olympus LUMPLFLN 40× /0.8 W
4. Incubator: Temperature, CO2 and O2 controlled liquid exchange/perfusion system
5. Software: µManager with OpenSPIM package
For microscopic to mesoscopic scale fixed and living samples. High speed sensitive 4D imaging in 3D culture environment.
