CD BioSciences fermentation services are tailored to the needs of our customers. We have the high density fermentation technology and process optimization to provide you with transformed bacterial cytoplasm (bacteriophage), as well as gram-level homologous recombinant proteins with up to 98% purity. 1. DO control through simultaneous control of up to 5 actuators
2. Two mass flow controllers for gas addition (air/O2/N2)
3. Four integrated peristaltic pumps (capability to add an additional 2 external pumps)
4. BioPAT Trace unit available for online glucose and/or lactate measurement-integrated with control software for automatic glucose control
5. BioPAT MFCS software to record data and other SCADA capabilities

2. Total of four 5 L glass vessels (double walled)
3. Capable of online temperature, pH, DO, antifoam, level, turbidity, and redox measurements
4. Control of pH (2-12), temperature (up to 80℃), foam, level, and feed integrated into system
