This confocal has excitation lasers at 402, 458, 488, 514, 561, 594, and 633 nm. It has a 34-channel spectral detector and is live-cell capable. In Airyscan mode the instrument provides lateral resolution of approximately 150 nm. It is possible to very finely customize the balance between high speed image acquisition and high resolution.
