The Bruker Opterra II is a swept field confocal microscope designed for rapid imaging and simultaneous photoactivation/bleaching. It is ideal for a variety of live cell and fixed sample imaging experiments. This system is equipped with five imaging laser lines and an EM-CCD for fast acquisition and sensitive detection. Simultaneous imaging and photoactivation/photobleaching is available for opto-genetic and FRAP/FLIP experiments. Stage top incubator is Available for live cell imaging. The microscope body is equipped with Perfect Focus 3 to minimize Z-axis drift during time lapse imaging and a motorized XY stage and piezo Z.
