This PerkinElmer UltraVIEW VoX is one of two spinning disk confocal microscopes available through the Optical Microscopy Core. It is ideal for a variety of live cell imaging experiments. A stage top incubator is available for live cell imaging. This system is equipped with six laser excitation lines and an EM-CCD camera for highly sensitive detection. An LED transilluminator is used for fast brightfield and DIC illumination switching.
