Optical microscopy, allows us to see and understand the microscopic world beyond our perception. Today, optical microscopy is at the heart of many scientific and technical fields, including life sciences, biology, materials science, nanotechnology, industrial inspection, medicine, and many more. CD BioSciences, the imaging experts, can provide you with optical microscopy imaging services based on NikonA1 RMP on Ti-E (Inverted).
To perform in vivo animal imaging, we have an objective inverter, with an accompanying external stage. Dipping lenses of various magnifications are also available, including the Nikon Apo 25× water immersion multiphoton objective.
This inverted system is a dual system, capable of both confocal and multiphoton imaging. It comprises of four solid state lasers and four photomultiplier fluorescence detectors, as well as a Coherent Chameleon II pulsed laser (700-1000 nm), and four NDD detectors. Furthermore, there are both galvanometer and resonant scanners on this platform to facilitate various imaging speed requirements.
