Feature Highlights

"Inverted""light sheet microscope with 2 cameras for simultaneous dual color acquisition. The system is equipped with temperature- and humidity control and a gas mixer to control CO₂ and O₂ levels. Available magnifications and Laser lines are the following: 31.25×; 62.5×; 445nm; 488nm; 515nm; 561nm; 594nm; 642nm. The system has one detection and one illumination objective and is best for small transparent samples, which are sensitive, difficult to mount and need environmental control.
