The Molecular & Cellular Analysis Core is designed to assist users with molecular and cellular analysis of tissues, and gene expression studies including, but not limited to, primer and mutant design, amplification and quantification of RNA or DNA products, cloning, and other molecular biology techniques. To achieve this, we are equipped with a comprehensive range of instruments. CytoFLEX S-based molecular and cellular analysis services can provide you with an unexpected experience.
Our facility offers 2 CytoFLEX S instruments, equipped with
1. four lasers (488 nm, 561 nm, 638 nm und 405 nm) and overall 13 fluorescent channels
2. two lasers (488 nm, 638 nm) and 6 fluorescent channels
Samples can be taken from 96-well plates (U, V, flat bottom) as well as tubes (Eppendorf cups, 5 mL tubes). Additionally, the 2-laser instrument is able to operate on 96-deep-well plates. During the measurement in plates, it is possible to cool the plate loader. The cell concentration is detected without any additional counter beads.
