The 40× objective has a ring to correct the coverslip thickness - so please check the coverslip thickness (usually 0.17 µm) and adjust the ring to the correct position!
The Axio Imager M1 is an upright wide-field microscope with the option of transmitted light and fluorescence. It is characterized by strong image contrast, perfect homogeneity and very good resolution. This microscope is equipped with a CCD camera and connected to a workstation.
