The Agilent 500 MHz NMR spectrometer is equipped with a 4 RF channel DDR2 console with triple axis gradient amplifiers. Several triple and broadband tunable probes are available. This instrument is ideal for short duration studies and 'walk up' acquisitions where high-sensitivity is not required. Typically, a 5 mm H/F, X inverse detect probe with z-axis gradients is installed where the 1H channel can be tuned to either 1H or 19F and X is a broadband tunable channel.
