Dragonfly 505 (Andor Technologies, Inc) is a full featured high end confocal spinning disk system with a wide range of applications for cells and tissue. The system is equipped with an inverted Nikon Ti-E microscope stand including the Perfect Focus System (PFS) and a dual camera setup of iXon 888 Life EMCCD and Zyla 4.2 PLUS sCMOS. Available laser lines 405 (100 mW), 488 (150 mW), 561 (100 mW) and 637 nm (140 mW).
Ideal for any application that is time consuming on a regular scanning confocal, for example thick samples at lower magnification or large tile-sans.
