The fragment analyzer uses automated capillary gel electrophoresis to determine both size and concentration of double stranded nucleic acids. The machine can automatically process 3 96-well plates with samples. Each run analyses 12 samples in parallel in 1 hour.

• DNF-486 High Sensitivity NGS Fragment Analysis Kit (35 bp - 6000 bp)
The High Sensitivity NGS Fragment Analysis Kit can be used for quality assessment of DNA after fragmentation and of low concentration NGS libraries prior to sequencing. The correct determination of molarity is a critical step in NGS for optimum flow-cell loading to ensure the best possible quality and quantity of data.
• DNF-474 High Sensitivity NGS Fragment Analysis Kit (1 bp - 6000 bp)
The DNF-474 Kit is the newer and more sensitive version of the DNF-486 and can thus be used for the same goals but with a higher resolution.
• DNF-473 Standard Sensitivity NGS Fragment Analysis Kit (1 bp - 6000 bp)
