With CD BioSciences fluorescence imaging services, we can meet the demands of any biological research requiring wide-field, confocal, and TIRF fluorescence microscopy. Our mission is to support research by advising and optimising the acquisition, analysis and presentation of imaging data. We offer you a Olympus IX-81 Inverted Fluorescence Microscope-based fluorescence imaging service.
Techniques
1. Four colour epifluorescent imaging (UV, blue, green and red excitation)
2. Brightfield, phase contrast, differential interference contrast (DIC) and epifluorescence imaging
3. Multipoint and live-time lapse imaging using Tokai Hit incubation chamber
Instrument specifications
1. Filter cubes (narrow band): UV, blue, green and red excitation
2. Objectives: 4×-100×; air and oil immersion
3. Condensers: high NA dry, water and oil immersion
4. Motorised stage (Prior linear encoded)
5. Zero drift compensation (ZDC) focus control for time-lapse imaging
6. Epifluorescence lightpath shutter
Inverted fluorescence motorised microscope with high-resolution DIC and phase contrast optics and equipped with a cooled FluoView II charge coupled device (CCD) digital monochrome camera.
Water and oil immersion condensers are also available for high-resolution imaging.
Long-term time-lapse imaging is possible using the Tokai Hit stage top incubation system and the system is fitted with Zero Drift Compensation (ZDC) to prevent focal plane shift during long-term imaging.
