Introduction

A non-destructive conveyor based high throughput plant analysis system which is automated integrated and robotic. The system incorporates thermal, RGB and fluorescence imaging and is capable of processing 15 trays per hour (2,500 plants per day). TrayScan allows users to conduct automated high throughput screening of plants measuring photosynthetic performance. Chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics measures photochemical efficiency and can provide information on plant growth and yield.
