The Lightsheet Z.1 allows for optical sectioning and high-resolution imaging of living or cleared samples with minimal photobleaching and minimal phototoxicity. It is ideal for 3D imaging. Common samples include zebrafish, Drosophila, 3D cell culture such as organoids, tissue/organotypic cultures, optically cleared specimens using CLARITY, plants, and marine animals such as ciona, squid, plankton, and flatworms.
