This Nikon W1 is one of two spinning disk confocal microscopes available through the Optical Microscopy Core. It is ideal for a variety of live cell imaging experiments. This system is equipped with four laser excitation lines and an sCMOS camera for highly dynamic range detection. A stage top incubator is available for live cell imaging. It is also equipped with Nikon's motorized TIRF illuminator.
