Optical microscopy, allows us to see and understand the microscopic world beyond our perception. Today, optical microscopy is at the heart of many scientific and technical fields, including life sciences, biology, materials science, nanotechnology, industrial inspection, medicine, and many more. CD BioSciences, the imaging experts, can provide you with optical microscopy imaging services based on Leica LSM SP5.

Sample Incubation
1. Sample temperature is controlled via heating the complete microscope with a warm-air blower (The Cube & The Box from Life Imaging Services)
2. Small incubation chamber (insert for microscope stage) allows for incubation with pre-moisturized air/CO2 gas mixture
1) Gas mixer: The Brick from Life Imaging Services, setpoint value range: 1 - 15 % CO2
This laser scanning imaging system from Leica provides a spectrophotometric detector (SP) to enable simultaneous detection of up to three fluorescence channels. The SP5 provides three PMTs and two highly sensitive HyD detectors. The microscopic environment (temperature, CO2 and humidity) can be precisely controlled via an incubation system.
