The Molecular & Cellular Analysis Core is designed to assist users with molecular and cellular analysis of tissues, and gene expression studies including, but not limited to, primer and mutant design, amplification and quantification of RNA or DNA products, cloning, and other molecular biology techniques. To achieve this, we are equipped with a comprehensive range of instruments. ZetaView PMX 120 SFZ-based molecular and cellular analysis services can provide you with an unexpected experience.
The ZetaView PMX 120 is a nanoparticle tracking analyser (NTA) that enables the determination of:
1. particle size
2. particle surface charge (zeta potential)
3. concentration (particles/mL)
Furthermore, the instrument is equipped with a 488 nm laser to detect fluorescent particles.
Classical micro-electrophoresis is combined with state-of-the-art technologies of laser scattering optics, control technique and video-image processing.
