Introduction

1. Laser:
1) Spectra physics MaiTai DeepSee HPDS-OL (700-1000 nm).
2) Argon laser diode (458/488/515 nm)
2. Laser beam modulation: Olympus Fluoview FV10 single beam scanner optimized for NIR wavelengths.
3. Microscope stand: BX61WIF (motorized upright microscope)
4. Detection:
1) 3× internal non-direct scanned PMT detectors (d=25 mm). Bandwidth selection of emitted light by filters in motorized filter wheel is in front of each PMT (confocal detectors).
2) 4× ultra-sensitive external non-descanned PMT detectors (d=32 mm) for direct detection of emitted light. Bandwidth selection by spectral filters and corresponding dichroic mirrors (in a filter cube) in front of each PMT.
