Mass Spectrometry Analysis Service—Waters SQD

Mass spectrometry has become invaluable in a wide range of fields and applications, including proteomics. The development of high throughput and quantitative MS proteomics workflows has expanded the scope of protein structure, function, modifications, and overall protein dynamics. In addition, MS has been widely used in metabolomics and glycomics analysis. CD BioSciences is equipped with advanced mass spectrometers to support your experiments in academia or industry with the professional mass spectrometry-based analysis described above.

Summary

A Waters SQD is a single quadrupole mass spectrometer. It has LC-MS capabilities when interfaced with our Waters Acquity ultra-high pressure liquid chromatography system (UPLC). The Acquity UPLC includes a tunable wavelength detector (TUV) and autosampler that holds two plates each with 48 vial positions or two 96-well plates. This LC-MS is available for walk-on users who need to confirm molecular weight on isolated products or check the course of an experimental synthesis. The system can also be used for LC method development (gradient and column determination) prior to lengthy sample analysis runs on one of the other Facility instruments

CD BioSciences offers you Waters SQD-based mass spectrometry services to help you solve your research problems related to proteomics, metabolomics, lipidomics, and more. If you are interested, please contact us directly.
