Preclinical magnetic resonance imaging has greatly advanced all aspects of basic research, disease and therapeutic studies. Non-invasive in vivo imaging of small animals and rodents provides structural and functional information with extremely high spatial and temporal resolution. CD BioSciences offers a wide selection of instruments designed to perfectly meet the needs of scientists for research equipment.
The 600 MHz NMR standard-bore spectrometer in CBIS is equipped with a 4 RF channel AVII console, ultra-sensitive 5 mm TCI H/F,C,N,D cryoprobe with a z-axis gradients and autotuning accessories, a room temperature 5 mm TXI HCND probe with triple-axis gradients, and a 24 position sample changer and for automated sample handing. The TCI cryoprobe has high frequency coil that can tune to either 1H or 19F with cryogenic cooled RF coils and 1H/13C/2H preamplifiers providing enhanced sensitivity. Optimized parameter sets are available to users for primary and full 3D structure determination and dynamics analysis of small molecules and biomolecules, quantitative NMR, drug screening, metabonomics, diffusion analysis, and more with many options for employing powerful solvent suppression and signal selection schemes.
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a medical imaging technique that uses magnetic fields and computer-generated radio waves to create detailed images of organs and tissues. CD BioSciences offers a Bruker 600 MHz Spectrometer-based MRI service. Please contact us directly if you have a request.
