Sample handling is required prior to a number of laboratory services. For large volumes of liquid samples, CD BioSciences offers a liquid handling service based on Caliper NGS SciClone. We will do our best to provide you with a quality sample-handling service to ensure the accuracy of further experiments.
The service operates Caliper SciClone Liquid Handling Robots to prepare samples for NGS applications. Currently, these high throughput robots can process up to 96 samples at a time and have been programed to run the methods for the Agilent SureSelect whole exome capture, Agilent SureSelect Custom Capture, Illumina RNA-Seq v2, and Illumina DNA-Seq protocols.
