The Zeiss Axiovert 200M microscope is an inverted fluorescence microscope with motorized Z-axis acquisition and a filter wheel with Rhodamine, FITC, DAPI, and bright field. Objective lenses include 10×/0.3, 20×/0.4, 40×/1.3 oil, and 63×/1.4 oil DIC. The system is equipped with the AxioVision v4.6.3 acquisition software.
