Introduction

Our Nikon TE2000 inverted microscope equipped for brightfield, phase contrast, Hoffmann modulation contrast, and DIC imaging through glass and plastic.

Feature Highlights

For fluorescence imaging, it is equipped with a mercury arc lamp, and a set of fluorescence filters ranging from UV (e.g., DAPI) to far red (e.g., Cy5). Image detection is performed with a monochrome camera, and a colour camera. The system also comes with a motorized stage.
