Imaging Services are a method of processing and sharing collections of images on a large scale. It offers great flexibility and scalability for storage, processing, and analysis. CD BioSciences' imaging laboratories are equipped with a wide range of instruments and can provide tailor-made solutions for clients working in the fields of biology, chemistry, medicine, and more.
Specifications
1. Scanning resolution ranges from 1000 µm down to 10 µm.
2. Scanning software is linked to ImageQuant TL 7.0 analysis software.
3. ImageQuant is capable of quantifying Typhoon images such as those from Northern or Western blots.
4. Images can be saved in various formats, including tif. Thesecan be imported into Powerpoint slides.
5. The instrument has three excitation lasers (532 nm, 633 nm, 488 nm)
6. The instrument utilizes 536SP, 670BP, 520BP emission filters for fluorescence
1. The instrument can image in three different modes, including phosphorescence (phosphoimager), fluorescence, and chemiluminescence (Western blot reagents for example).
2. It is also possible to scan in the visible range using reflected light.
