Summary

PamStation® 12 is a fully automated instrument using 3 x PamChip 4 microarrays. The kinase profiling array platform monitors kinase activities through phosphorylation of 144 Tyr or 144 Ser/Thr kinase peptide substrates containing four positive control ones. The data are analyzed with the advanced software BioNavigator. The technology utilizes signaling pathway analysis, selectivity profiling and response biomarkers of kinase inhibitor drugs, and substrate identification. Recombinant purified kinases and lysates of cells, animal tissues, and patients' biopsy samples are used for the kinase profiling platform.
