The Zeiss Axio Zoom. V16 stereo microscope combines a 16× zoom with a high numerical aperture, NA 0.25. The system is capable of both brightfield and fluorescence imaging. Superior brightness can be observed as well as viewing complete model organisms. Digital imaging is acquired with a color camera.
