Biological imaging is an important research tool for understanding tissue structure and elucidating the various physiological functions of living organisms. It uses light or electron microscopy to obtain direct images of the microstructure of biological cells and tissues, and the resulting images are analyzed to understand the various physiological processes of biological cells. CD BioSciences' Bioimaging Centre has dozens of devices and, more importantly, our expertise and experience are invaluable to the industries and clients we serve. We can provide Olympus FSX100 Microscope-based bioimaging services.
1. Magnification from 17× to 80×.
2. Short & long working distance objectives
3. Three observation modes:
1) fluorescence/phase contrast
2) phase contrast
3) bright field (color digital camera).
4. Four acquisition modes:
1) Single mode/single-phase
2) Time-lapse mode
3) Z-stack mode
4) Tile & stitch mode
5. Auto correction for cover glass thickness
6. Minimized photo-bleaching
7. Direct overlay of live image on captured image
8. Compatible with:
1) glass slides
2) 35 mm diameter glass bottom dishes
3) 96-well plates
4) plastic Petri dishes
The Olympus FSX100 microscope is an inverted fluorescence, phase contrast, and bright field microscope with a color digital camera. There is no eye piece and all operations are controlled from a computer. The FSX100 is self contained and does not require a dark room.
