Biological imaging is an important research tool for understanding tissue structure and elucidating the various physiological functions of living organisms. It uses light or electron microscopy to obtain direct images of the microstructure of biological cells and tissues, and the resulting images are analyzed to understand the various physiological processes of biological cells. CD BioSciences' Bioimaging Centre has dozens of devices and, more importantly, our expertise and experience are invaluable to the industries and clients we serve. We can provide NanoZoomer Digital Pathology System-based bioimaging services.
System Configuration
1. Imaging: Brightfield
2. Objective lens: 20×/0.75 (users can select 20× or 40× mode at start of scanning)
3. Scanning speed: 20× (0.46 µm/pixel) and 40× (0.23 µm/pixel)
4. scanning of standard-size: 26 mm × 76 mm slide, thickness 0.9 mm to 1.2 mm
5. slide holder: 210 slides per batch (7 cassettes, 30 slides/cassette)
Nanozoomer is suitable for high throughput slide scanning. It has three easy-to-use operation modes: single slide mode/manual, automatic (batch), and semiautomatic (batch)
